Sharon specializes in Adult practice. She is very skilled in myofascial release also known as dry needling. Sharon is also a very dedicated practitioner of the Korean SaAm style of acupuncture. SaAm, tends to use fewer needles per treatment and has shown to be very efficacious in cases where other forms of acupuncture treatment are ineffective or have plateaued. We believe Sharon’s unique expertise in SaAm acupuncture and myofascial release will beautifully complement Gyrotonic clients as they work to enhance their mind-body connection and overall capacity.
