Her unique approach blends her extensive movement knowledge with kettlebell training, which she refined under Pavel Tsatsouline's StrongFirst School of Strength. This workshop will cover the basics of kettlebell training, emphasizing connective tissue resilience, strength, and power in a way that enhances any sport, activity, or daily movement. Kathryn’s approach ensures a mindful experience, preparing participants to safely and effectively build stamina, flexibility, and functional strength.
